The house has been totally renovated between 2010 and 2015: new roof & isolation ( and solar panels ), new central heating, new double windows, new big gas cooking stove, dishwasher, WiFi, PLUS from 2016 a complete cloths washing basement: washing- & dryingmachines,All common areas are twice a week kept clean by our nice cleaning lady: hall, toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room and all the windows of these rooms.
Untill now we have lived together with some master students from KULeuven and finally.. me, my dog and 2 cats. The house was built for a big family so there is lots of space for everyone. So this is what I have to offer. MINIMUM RENT: 1 academic year
